This script is a wrapper for rsync and allows either an end-time or time-limit to be imposed when executing rsync. This wrapper is transparent so also accepts options to be passed to rsync.
--end-time allows a specific timestamp to be entered that rsync will not be allowed to transfer data thereafter
--time-limit allows the number of seconds that transfer of data be permitted from time of execution
