microPy
micropy is a WSGI "microframework" aimed at providing web developers "the tiniest python web framework that could possibly work".
Includes a base class with barebones functionality enough to deploy a web app which consists of an index function that maps to "/" url and is capable of retrieving static contents as well.
Web developers are expected to inherit from the base class, -BaseWsgiApp-, overriding its "index" method and providing additional methods to manage functionality needed for their web application.
Current work is inspired in CherryPy model, particularly its lovely url/object-method mapper, but tries to keep things at the simplest level.
By the time of the current trunk version you could optionally override url handling with regular expressions in a very much similar way as Django does.
