New compile of codeblocks support RPI raspbian and UDOO Ubuntu.

Some error in installscript. wait for new compile. Maybe you have to run install-script two times, because ste file (.deb) order is not correct.

Codeblocks 13.12 for RaspberryPI. Maybe this works on UDOO.
There is some problem with cpp when compiling on UDOO-board.
