The R-matrix Analysis Package (RAP) is a set of Python functions and classes to store and manipulate atomic data such as energy levels and A-values.
RAP can understand data files from AUTOSTRUCTURE, xstar, ADAS, and CHIANTI.
Installation instructions can be found here.
A tutorial of how to use the RAP library is included in the manual and through this
wiki.
The tutorial refers to sample data files which are in testfiles.tar.gz.
