Dear fellows,
I am trying to build an application for OLPC which can help kids to know more about the maps. So i created GUI which has simple buttons associated with the states. When user hits or press the button python script is runs and it fetches the corresponding maps from yahoo maps.
User can further pin point the location by entering the address in the text box and pressing search.
I further wanted to extend my idea by reading the inputs from the GPS device and keep track of location.But given a limited period of time I think i am going to keep this for R&D
