Basic apache httpd and tomcat check/verify script with restart function.
(may be usefull with JBoss, or any other app server)
This is a basic script to be run from crontab on a local machine to check for web services such as httpd and tomcat.
It is able to stop/start the services in case of failure, without human intervention.
