The drrsuite project is the brain child of a physics undergrad at UCSD. We have compiled various published (and unpublished) algorithms to render voxel (CT) data with one rotational degree of freedom. This code is intended for use in radiation oncology/medical physics research. The algorithms range in speed and quality with the obvious trade off. Please feel free to rummage through the code and make suggestions. We have done our best to comment on things that are not too obvious. As a bonus, we have also ported many of the algorithms to CUDA with huge speed up factors!

My repository is empty for now since much of the code I developed is unpublished. The code will return upon publication. For now please download the .m and .mex versions for basic functionality.
