Ar is an abstract strategy game with an extremely extensible board (specifically, it can be expanded to arbitrary size in an arbitrary number of dimensions). Because of this, it is nearly impossible to test on paper or with physical props; there is currently no playable implementation.
The purpose of this project is twofold:
* To develop an easily-modified implementation of Ar"s rules, such that they can be tested and (hopefully) developed into a fun game
* To allow the developer to practice writing code for a major project
Note that this is my first (real) project, so the code will probably be messy. I hope it will become less so as the version number climbs. Also, I am purposely ignoring the fact that there are many external libraries that would probably help me a lot; I am not entirely sure why I choose to do this, but the most I"m going to use is Pygame and possibly PyOpenGL. If someone reading this thinks that"s the wrong thing to do, I am open to being
