A simple ICQ client. Developed primarily for SE T300 a long time ago in 2003.
Currently this project is withdrawn due to a bunch of issues.
Previously project was located at http://4dman.fatal.ru/.
I hope that this project would be useful for somebody.
Current state:
successfully connects to server and authenticates
can download offline messages
can download your contact list
can send and receive messages
has a minimalistic custom-draw user interface
