Create 3D volume from series of scan images.
To create 3D volume you should specify:
Path to DICOMDIR file in you data folders
Output folder
ISO level for volume creation - edge value which should be in scan"s pixel value min/max range/
Example command:
dicomtostl.exe -sbin -v -il 100 D:dicomBRAINDICOMDIR D:dicomBRAIN_stl
