I got tired of manually writing down the playlists on Last.fm journal posts so that Last.fm will link to them and preview them, so I made a quick little program that will convert a music playlist (.m3u) into text (Last.fm code) that Last.fm can link.
For example, it will convert this
EXTINF:431,Rush - Working Man
D:Classic rockRushRush - The Spirit of Radio - Greatest Hits 1.Working Man.mp3
into
Rush - "Working Man"
