Progenesis outputs a feature list file and a protein list file. The convertor parses the information in the two files and marshals them into one mzquantml file.
The progenesis-mzquantml-convertor has been merged as a part of Progenesis Post-Processor project. It will not be updated here. For latest development or release, please visit http://code.google.com/p/progenesis-post-processor.
