Social DC 311
This application was developed to provide residents of District of Columbia with a better way to submit requests regarding various aspects of our day-to-day life that needs to be fixed in one way or another. With this application the user can submit a request, see history of the submitted requests and be recognized as a most attentive submitter.
Social DC 311 Solution interacts with the user via two interfaces:
* Flash UI, which is accessible as Facebook Widget (undergoing the Facebook approval).
* IPhone application, it is currently going through the approval process at Apple, so we cannot provide you with the link to the application just yet.
Version 1.0 (July 1st, 2009)
Ability to submit requests about issues to DC 311 service,
Validation of addresses through Google and common DC services,
Tracking of the subm
