What is mappr?
Mappr is an application for the Android operating system. It allows you to show photos taken nearby your current location. These photos are retrieved from the popular online photo service Flickr.
Why?
This application will be programmed for the University of Vienna in a course for Application Development.
What is this?
This page is just for coordination and will be updated throughout the course.
Project Status
2011-Jan-24: The final beta version is written and available as a developer nightly build.
2010-Nov-28: The first functioning version is written. It shows the photos of the current location within a specified radius. The photos can be viewed in fullscreen, too.
