Android Tel-SMS
Implements "tel" and "sms" protocols to Android phone
Installation Instructions:
All versions of Windows:
Download adb-tel-sms-to-android.zip
Extract the zip to C:
Verify that C: el-sms folder exists
Make sure that adb is running and your android phone is connected (check: adb devices from command prompt to verify)
Double click (Execute) register-tel-sms-protocols. This file islocated in the C: el-sms folder

Now you can call make calls / send sms using the
tel:+9198112XXXXX format (can be run from the command prompt)
