DefectSim is an agent based material defect simulation in two-dimensions. As a complementary approach to existing ones, it is intended to be used for investigating dislocations and their interactions in single crystals at mesoscale.
It has been written in Java by utilizing Repast agent based simulation toolkit.
The main goal of this project is to serve as the code repository for my PhD research.
