The LUISA LOMR (learning object metadata repository) is a Java library that allows the storage of ontologies and their associated instances representing learning needs and learning object metadata.
It currently implements translators for IEEE LOM and IMS LD and provides a framework to develop domain or purpose-specific search and composition of learning objects.
