jsncsso is a small utility to compress JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets files. Similar to Closure Compiler and YUI Compressor without code obfuscation. However it allows minified code into strings.
This project has been developed in C Sharp. Console application under .NET Framework 2.0 compatible with MonoDevelop.
Features
Clears all comments.
Minifies local variable and function names to single characters, even within strings.
Joins consecutive var declarations.
Avoids inserting any unneeded semicolons, and inserts needed semicolons in-line.
Preserves original quotes and content of literal strings.
String concatenations.
Transforms hexadecimal and float numbers in smaller numbers where possible.
Usage
jsncsso [options...] filename.
