It captures knowledge in a video.
To use camstudio, put it into the root of the java directory. Then it should run and create a file in the same directory with the name temp.avi. It currently records the video but does not do any kind of noticeable compression. CamStudio is open source so some modifications can be done. Here is the repository of the source.
