A Java class that allows you to convert numeric numbers into their literal representation in Arabic language.
It supports both feminine as well as masculine expressions.
i.e:
literalValueOf(17) returns "سبعة عشر" -literal value of 17 as masculine quantity.
literalValueOf(17,true) returns "سبع عشرة" -literal value of 17 as feminine quantity.
