This extension gives you access to the shell properties of the browser via the item Shelley of the main menu. The next items are introduced by the extra menu: allow javascript, allow iframes, allow redirects, allow plugins, allowdisallow all.
The browser does not save any changes after it was closed, but they are propagated to a new tab if a tab starts as quite background.
There is the new toolbar button looks like a letter (M) is struck out in the Customize Toolbar dialog. The button is called the Disallow Script and makes the same. The Reload (F5) button can help you to unleash a script back.
If you want to disallow the installed plug-ins by default, use the options page of the extension.
