Licenses
Art
The art, images and all visual content are not licensed under the terms of the GPL v3. They are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) license. This license in brief lets you remix, tweak, and build upon your work non-commercially, as long as they credit you and license their new creations under the identical terms.
Code
The code is under the GPL v3, and I"ll be pretty lenient about what you can do with it if you contact me. Computer game code isn"t especially reusable.
Music
The music and all sounds files are not licensed under the terms of the GPL v3. I will probably be under different terms once it is added. If music is on this project, the music is all rights reserved. I will update this page shortly thereafter. I will probably crib all the music from Newgrounds.
