The FMScoutFramework project has now moved to

There, you will find the latest version that supports Football Manager 2014 and Football Manager 2015 on all major operating systems (Windows, OS X, Linux).
This is a .Net framework originally written in C# by Jan Jongboom. It provides access to the ingame data of SI"s Football Manager 2009 and 2010. It is meant to assist developers create their own tools for the game, like Scout Tools, Editors and Mini-Scouts.
Now compatible with FM 2011 v 11.1, v 11.1.1, Steam and DVD!
At this point the trunk contains a working version of FMSE for FM2011 v 11.1 and v 11.1.1
There is a tag available for the 2009 and 2010 versions
