该子系统采用ASP.NET（C#）+IIS，主要分为上传页面和下载页面，通过点击上传按钮可以把本地的文件上传到服务器上，同时通过下载按钮可以把服务器上的文件下载到本地电脑。-Document Management- Upload and download system: This subsystem is mainly to meet the broad masses.
