The project aims at creating a library in Qt that enables the user to capture and display the live video being shot by IEEE 1394 camera.IEEE1394 is a standard interface for high speed (400Mbps) serial data transfer bus. It requires an IEEE1394 camera and system supporting IEEE1394 port.
Qt is a cross platform C++ toolkit used as front end
designing tool for GUI applications. This project provides Qt with an application for live video capturing from IEEE1394 camera. Live video capturing can be done more efficiently. Qt is more user- friendly and easy to use.
