DyWave (Dynamic Wavelet model Pre-processing Algorithm)
Summary
DyWave [1] is an algorithm using a dynamic continuous wavelet model for pre-processing raw Mass Spectra and tandem Mass Spectra. It is also an integrative part of the OCAP MS data analysis pipeline.
Usage
The program is stand-alone and does not require any separate installation process. Please simply extract the program and execute "DyWave.exe". The program is compiled in C++ under Microsoft Windows, using Visual Studio 2008. Both 32 bit and 64 bit version are provided. MSC++ runtime library is required to run the program.
To use the software, please put all mzXML fragment files into a single folder say "dataFolder", then run "DyWave.exe" with necessary parameters. An example is given below.
