A C++ program to simulate the origin of anatomically modern humans within Africa. Genotypes are unlinked bi-allelic loci. Different fitness functions, numbers of populations, and the initial distribution of mutations can be specified by the user. The program tracks the multi-locus genotype frequencies after incorporating the effects of genetic drift, population subdivision, gene flow, and natural selection.
