A Microsoft Visual Studio Add-In for C++ projects. It provides two commands. The first, ToggleFile.Connect.ToggleFile, simply toggles between declaration files and header files.
Far more useful on wide or multiple monitors is ToggleFile.Connect.ToggleFileTabGroup, which strives to open the associated file on another tab group. The provides a very convenient mechanism to keep related files on the same tab group with a single keyboard-mapped command.
