ScreenLog is a simple program which takes screenshots at user-defined time intervals, so you can make stop-motion videos of what do you do with you computer.
It"s very useful if you want to show someone how dificult is your job, and how many time does it take to do it.
It"s enterily written in C++ and uses the Win32 API. In next releases it"s will be make asynchronous so the windows does not hang.
