A cookbook of special purpose scripts including XSLT, python, perl, bash, etc.
A key part of making information available is to present it in some readily parsable form with snazzy stylesheets to make it look nice.
However, most data available is not presented that way; particularly on the web.
As these codes are all short one shots I am putting them under the GPL3.
