Python-based data storage system, which uses a command syntx known as Pragmatic/Semantic.Syntax, which directs the storage backend to store data in a manner relative to its purpose. Unlike SQL-based databases, ChomsPy is structureless, and can accept data almost blindly - relying on the receiving mechanisms to make the distinction between valid and invalid data (minimizing storage overhead, and Pickle-usage). ChomsPy uses Python cPickle-based storage, and writes all data in a compressed binary more for increased speed and optimal storage consideration. It is not intended for high levels of compression, but rather speed of reference, in that the database is built around predictable storage of data. The theory behind the data base is that the Data Acquisition Device controls the flow of data in and out of the data base.
