Currently in open beta, ANi-encrypt is a ascii encryption program written in Python. In order to use it, you will need to download python from it"s website. The current version of ANi-encrypt was written in python 2.6.1, so get that. It will likely be updated to python 3.x at some point in the future though.
Although the beta is techinically open, the program has very little testing and should not be considered ready for private use, much less distribution. Of course, it is a very small program, so there isn"t that much that can go wrong. ALthough, it"ll all go wrong anyways. If a non-ANi bet tester wants to use this program, I reccomend waiting for version 1.0.0.0, after that all subsequent versions will (probably) be backwards-compatable. It will also be the first stable release.
