A unofficial client for the Subsonic (www.subsonic.org)
web-based music streamer.
PySubsonic does NOT currently have support for streaming music.
Pretty much nothing is working right now. The program will log in to a Subsonic server (server details are within the code of ui/mainwindow.py at the moment) and get a list of artists. When an artist name is clicked it will retrieve a list of albums along with their cover art. Once an album is clicked it will show the tracklist with some other information.
That"s it for now. No streaming, no playlists, pretty much nothing that is usable.
I"m new to Python and to programming. Expect this code to have cringe-worthy mistakes and not to be perfect. This is a learning exercise for me, but if anyone else benefits from it at all along the way then all the better.
Feel free to point out where I"ve gone wrong and to help out with features - I"m here to learn.
