This project mainly provides a standalone tool for plotting empirical cdf ("Ã la Matlab") from data.
You must have matplotlib (http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net) installed on top of Python.
Some other latex tools are given: mainly a tool for automatically generating a latex report with all pdf graphs in a directory.
You only need latex (in fact pdflatex) and Python to run this tool.
