Completed as part of the Georgia Tech iGEM 2011 submission, this software package allows for a mathematical prediction of behaviour among E coli. populations in which antibiotic-resistance gene vectors and CRISPR vectors are transformed and expressed. Distributed as MATLAB source code and standalone 32-bit windows executables.
