Linear Algebra Library (LAL) is designed to provide a generic interface to users for performing linear algebra operations. This library will incorporate new features introduced with C++0x i.e. variadic templates, move semantics, initializer lists, auto, range-for-loop etc. This library will provide user both efficient generic data structures, i.e., vector, multi-array, & matrix, and also algorithms with Level 1 operations i.e. scalar, vector and vector-vector operations, Level 2 operations, i.e. matrix-vector operations and Level 3 operations, i.e. matrix-matrix operations.
