JMortgage is a java library for calculating amortization schedules. It is highly configurable and makes it easy to calculate extra payments and accelerated payment schedules like biweekly and weekly. It currently calculates fixed mortgage amortization schedules only. Future versions will calculate adjustable rate amortization schedules as well.
The API is designed to be easily extensible and interface methods promote immutability. All classes defined are immutable.
