The open-frame framework is a result of effort I made, to create safer, faster and standard complaint web sites.
You can cut a time of development by nearly a half in comparision to non-framework project.
Why anoter framework ?

Open-frame is not a Model View Controller Framework.
You are allowed to modify this code, and use it just like you want.
