Dugong is a very easy-to-use and scalable PHP-Flex Framework.

Dugong version 0.5.9 uploaded. Major enhancements on the scaffolding process. Forms are now created according to data types, including Foreign Keys.

Dugong version 0.4.36 uploaded. A few minor updates, most notably the database table "drop-recreate" function.
You can see screenshots of applications created with Dugong on my Flickr account (http://www.flickr.com/photos/arisetyo/). The ones described with "PHP-Flex" are all made with Dugong.
And by the way, the dugong (Dugong dugon) is a large marine mammal which, together with the manatees, is one of four living species of the order Sirenia. It is the only living representative of the once-diverse family Dugongidae. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dugong
