此为一VC可重用代码段。在遇到属性编辑的问题，本来想用列表控件来代替，但是发现列表控件有很多缺陷，不是太好用；属性控件不支持编辑与下拉列表功能。该属性编辑控件已经内置了前两个的功能，而且还提供CUSTOMDRAW,不过还不完善。-this as a VC reusability of the code.
