一个基于UDP协议的简单的网络聊天工具，聊天程序既是客户端，可以链接到远程主机，同时又是UDP服务器，可以响应计算机的链接要求，而且增加一个服务器，提供注册和监控的功能。-based on a simple UDP network chat tools, chat program is the client, can link to a remote host, but it is also UDP server, the computer can respond to the link, but an increase in the server, providing registration and monitoring functions.
