起始点(POI)：在呼叫处理过程中，当智能业务被触发 时，从BCP进入整体业务逻辑（GSL）处理的始发点。
返回点(POR)：在整体业务逻辑（GSL）处理结束后，返 回到BCP继续呼叫处理的终结点。
