Set of eclipse plug-ins to visualize and analyze stdf files.
Any help is welcome!
Basic plug-ins: IO plug-in : parsing and writing stdf files. EMF model can be used for storing data.
UI plig-in : visualize stdf file.
Analysis plug-in : Part Average Testing, Yield trends, Test histogram, Parametric wafer map etc.
