A JQuery plugin which will allow users to select time.
This plugin will be attached to a text box. On clicking the text box, a overlaying div is opened where time can be picked from drop down.
If time is entered into the text box and plugin is selected, then the drop downs are pre loaded with time passed into it.
This plugin can be used to select 24 Hr format time and AM/PM 12 Hr format time.
The plugin can be customized to display Hr, Min, Sec individually.
