RunnerUp
RunnerUp is a Shell extension for Windows, which hooks up with your "Run" dialog. It allows you to define quick shortcuts for websites or any other applications.
For example, clicking on Start->Run and entering "gg:runnerup", will open up Google showing the search results for the term "runnerup". You can of course define extra RunnerUp keywords as you see fit (for example, wp for searching Wikipedia, yt for searching YouTube etc.).
In order to configure RunnerUp, enter ":c" (without quotes) into the Run dialog.
