GlycoMaid is a graphic interface to provide annotation of the N-glycan profiling and exhaustive information through procedure including MS data preprocessing, specific peak detection, composition determination and results visualization automatically. We have developed the tool to help users to automatically annotate the N-glycan MS data with exact glycan composition and list the annotation confidence as well as the possible structure links in CFG database.
