This is octalforty Componento, an attempt to create a package management system for the .NET Framework.
Features
Componento can install from various sources: directories, single files, ZIP archives, remote repositories and even Subversion repositories.
Resolves dependencies at install-time, so dependencies are checked when components are installed.
