Keithley 2602 LabVIEW Driver and Application
The Keithley 2602 is a dual-channel source-meter used for measuring and sourcing a range of currents and voltages, and the hardware is commercially available from Keithley, Inc. This software provides an alternative LabVIEW driver that uses the NI-VISA driver to communicate with the hardware and a stand-alone application for general use and measurement logging.
