Manual Installation
download the zip file listed in the Downloads section
unzip, and upload iXboxLive.app to your iPhone/iPod (stick it in /Applications)
Restart your device
Tap the iXboxLive icon on your SpringBoard - at first your friends list will be empty.
Due to limitations of the Xbox Community SDK your xbox friends list can not be automatically retrieved, you will have to click "Settings" and add the friends you wish to monitor manually.
