Introduction
This simple App generates a XML file from an Excel or CSV file as input.
The generated XML file can then be imported into ILIAS e-Learning System.

Runs on all Operating Systems (MAC OS, LINUX, WINDOWS).
Don"t need to have Microsoft Office in order to generate the XML file.
Generates XML file from Excel 97-2004 or CSV file type.
Generates XML file without input for test purposes.
Suitable for ILIAS-EA, i.e. importing users for E-Exams.
GUI Interface to add additional fields for imported users.
